On occasion of the local council elections in Puebla, Mexico Jakub Szczesny (Poland) will participate within the curatorial seminar "Deconstructing the Audience" at a round table together with Gustavo Larach (Honduras) y Ernesto Cortés (Mexico) on public spendings in infrastuctural projects and citizen control over the evolution of contemporary cities. The discussion will also introduce his project "Public Water Purification Island" to be opened in Puebla in September 2013.
