in the framework of the art project „Choreographie einer Landschaft (Choreographies of a Landscape)“ in Bergpark Lohberg, Dinslaken (Germany)

Folke Köbberling and Martin Kaltwasser invite everyone to participate in the construction of a KRAFTWERK (POWER PLANT). From now on and during the following months they will build the most trendsetting power plant in the world on the site of the former stone coal mine in Dinslaken-Lohberg.

Since the last bit of coal was produced here in 2005 a creative quartier has developed on this ground. By the time the last coal mine will shut down in Germany and all coal power plants will slowly lose their spirit, we will have finally arrived at the post fossil energy era. They will experiment how this will look and feel like.

Everyone is invited to build, construct and donate material. They appreciate any support you can give.
