Hack declares Schwerin as a climate refugee camp

The Schweriner Marstall, right in the centre of the ministries for culture and environment for Mecklenburg-Western Pommerania was declared by artists Hermann Josef Hack as the capital of climate refugees. Together with workshop participants he built tents made of his "living paintings". From
